Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Customer Service Representative role located in Boca Raton, FL. The Customer Service Representative will handle day-to-day tasks such as assisting clients with inquiries, providing customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enhancing the customer experience. This role involves interacting with clients to address and resolve their concerns efficiently and professionally.

Qualifications

• Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction skills
• Experience in enhancing Customer Experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework or degree preferred
• Previous experience in a customer service role is a plus
• Proficiency in using customer service software and tools
