Position Summary Healthcare company seeking a CFO with FQHC experience. Great compensation and benefits! We are a non‑profit healthcare center in the process of becoming a Federally Qualified Health Center. Providing medical and behavioral services and providing high quality care no matter our patient’s financial situations.
Day to Day Responsibilities
Prepare annual budget
Generate and present monthly financials
Cash flow statement preparation
Financial and analysis and reporting to the Board of Directors
Develop financial to achieve organizational strategic goals
Maintain strong internal controls adhering to US GAAP
Manage monthly accounting close to ensure clean audits
Manage general ledger, AP, AR, payroll, and patient financial services including billing and collections
Review journal entries for accuracy
Ensure compliance with funder requirements
Manage regulatory reporting to government funders
Create financial tracking systems to align with EHS and RCM systems
Manage fixed assets and depreciation calculations
Grant fund administration
Variation analysis
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree
5+ years healthcare financial leadership experience
3+ years FQHC experience
Prior executive level experience
Strong US GAAP understanding
Systems implementations
Department management
