About Eudia
Is this the next step in your career Find out if you are the right candidate by reading through the complete overview below. Eudia is redefining the future of legal work with AI-powered Augmented Intelligence, enabling Fortune 500 legal teams to move faster, manage risk more effectively, and unlock new business value. Backed by $105M in Series A funding led by General Catalyst, we’re building a category‑defining platform that blends AI‑driven automation with human expertise, transforming legal from a cost center into a strategic growth driver.
We ship solutions in days, not months—delivering real impact for some of the world’s largest companies, including Cargill, Coherent, DHL, and Duracell. We’re solving one of the most complex, unsolved challenges in AI: bringing trust, accuracy, and security to legal automation.
About The Role We’re looking for a Head of Talent to join our Talent team and take our talent engine from 0 → 1 and 1 → 10x. You’ll lead and evolve our Talent function, own the full hiring lifecycle, manage and grow a Talent team, and be relentlessly focused on bringing in mission‑driven, high‑performing team members across all functions at Eudia.
What You’ll Do
Be a magnet for top talent: attend and host events, build community networks, craft campaigns to attract all seniority levels of talent, and drive AI‑native talent marketing strategies
Partner with hiring managers and leaders to define hiring priorities and align talent strategy with company goals, both immediate and long‑term
Personally own and close senior, mission‑critical hires, setting the bar for recruiting excellence across the org
Build processes that scale: own the talent funnel, candidate experience, sourcing strategy, interview operations, employer brand touchpoints, tracking systems, and quality metrics
Build, coach, and lead a high‑performing Talent team as we scale
Contribute broader business perspective to the team. You’ll be expected to understand our GTM motion, product roadmap, revenue goals, and investor milestones so you can hire proactively and strategically.
Constantly track hiring metrics and company progress, making sure our talent roadmap stays dynamic and aligned.
Drive a playbook for candidate closing that wins in a competitive market
Partner with Head of People & Performance and Marketing on employer branding initiatives
What We’re Looking For
7+ years of combined experience in recruiting and talent leadership roles in fast‑scaling startups—preferably one or more at Series A–C stage where you’ve led a Talent function
You’re still willing and capable to roll up your sleeves and personally recruit the toughest/most important roles
Demonstrated success in both technical and non‑technical recruiting, with a track record of closing senior‑level leaders (Engineering, Product, GTM, Operations, Execs, etc.)
You’ve built teams from scratch and scaled them quickly. You know what “hypergrowth” feels like and how to succeed through it
Strategic mindset: you think holistically about company trajectory, understand go‑to‑market, and speak the same language as founders and execs
Data‑fluent: you don’t need to be an analytics expert, but you use data to back decisions and plan scalable systems
Exceptional communicator and collaborator. You’re curious, humble, and open to feedback
Obsessed with finding top talent and creating an exceptional candidate experience; you think like a marketer, spend time where talent lives, and love elevating company brand
Why You’ll Love Working Here
Impactful Work: Be part of a team that’s at the forefront of AI innovation
