Scope of Work: Capio Group is looking for an experienced and qualified Quality Assurance Consultant to work as a part of the team on leading the transformation of the client current SAP ECC, CRM and other on-premise SAP systems to the latest SAP software version, RISE with SAP. This project emphasizes industry regulations and rules, implementing best practices in data quality, data migration, change management, and training services. The QA Consultant will assist with planning, monitoring, controlling, executing, and assuring quality of the Client IT Project processes and work products, including the UAT processes and testing activities like system testing, performance testing, etc.
As part of the team, the Quality Assurance Consultant will be responsible for tasks including but not limited to:
Review business requirements documentation to understand testing needs/requirements with respect to both functional and non-functional requirements of applications, application interfaces, and/or operational reports. Manages the testing resources in compliance with the project plans. Manages the execution of all test plans including leading and conducting unit, system, integration, performance, interface, regression, performance, and scalability testing. Supports and facilitates user acceptance testing in alignment with the Tasks and Deliverable Requirements. Facilitates defect reporting processes in alignment with all project plans. Oversees the management of the test environments. Collaborate with operations teams to identify areas for quality improvement. Conduct audits and inspections to ensure compliance with established quality assurance standards. Assist in the development of training material for quality assurance and compliance staff.
Mandatory Experience: Must have a minimum of one (1) year of experience in usability testing in addition to working knowledge of various programming languages and development platforms, sharp eye for detail and communication, reporting, and troubleshooting skills. Must possess a bachelor's degree. Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis. A copy of the degree must be provided upon request. Must have a minimum of five (5) years of FTE experience providing quality assurance support for the automation testing efforts, including reviewing scripts, assessing automation environments, and validating test results. This experience must include creating test plans, generating, and maintaining test cases and other test-related documentation such as test results, test statuses and defects. Must have a minimum of three (3) years FTE experience leading and executing both manual and automated integration, system, and performance testing activities, and supporting/coordinating user acceptance testing. Must have a minimum three (3) years of previous working experience as a Quality Assurance Consultant on SAP S/4HANA Transformations, implementations, and Migration Projects. Desirable Experience:
A minimum two (2) years of experience with the U.S. electric utility industry or similar Public Utility industry. A minimum of three (3) years FTE experience maintaining non-production test environments including all of the following:
Development and coordination of test data. Data refreshes in test environments. Release management and release coordination into test environments.
Possession of one or more certifications from the following: A copy of the certification must be provided upon request.
