Description
This is a residential /administrative position overseeing a HUD 811 PRAC, rental assistance program for disabled individuals, located in Antrim, New Hampshire. Please note: our main office is in Nashua NH on 77 Northeastern Boulevard. This is a Limited Part Time position working 10-15 hours per week. This position requires management and implementation of all housing specifications and regulations as they relate to this program and day to day management of the program. The program does have 2 separate sites in Antrim.

Requirements
Duties & Responsibilities Provide day to day management and operations of the Program. Accepting and processing applications, conducting unit inspections, screening of applicants for eligibility, income verification of all tenants at move in Oversees and facilitates all entrances and exits from the program.
Job Requirements: Ability to work independently, to function in a team-oriented environment. Ability to diffuse crisis situations. Strong communication, problem solving skills, well organized flexible. Oversee and facilitate all entrances and exits from the programs
Competencies: Associates or Bachelor's degree in business or related field Clean driving record in compliance with the State of New Hampshire Knowledge and experience with HUD Multifamily occupancy guidelines Knowledge and/or experience with NSPIRE & HUD regulations as the pertain to Multifamily programming
