FB Society has a Passion for People, and we are looking for a passionate brand-driven graphic designer who loves using creative design to create experiences through print and digital mediums. As our graphic designer, we encourage you to bring your enthusiasm for design to shape and build compelling designs that align with our brand identity & storytelling across all platforms and innovative hospitality brands.

Now that we have piqued your interest, here’s what we are looking for.

Responsibilities

Design and produce digital and print assets that ladder up to brand standards & storytelling, including but not limited to:

Social media graphics

Email templates and campaigns

Web banners and landing pages

Marketing collateral (flyers, brochures, signage)

Packaging and labeling

Internal documents and presentations

Maintaining a brand/imagery standard for projects

Effectively communicate with team members throughout designs/photoshoots, edits, and revisions

Retouching and manipulating images

Collaborating with the Creative Director and Marketing team to develop design collateral

Manage multiple projects and deadlines with strong attention to detail

Requirements

Ability to take creative direction and incorporate feedback quickly

Self-starter who takes initiative on projects

Ability to create and make revisions with tight deadlines

Ability in both written and verbal communication

Able to develop ideas & processes and clearly express them through design

Strong layout, typography and color theory skills

Experience with InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator – XD & Cava a plus

A team player with a proactive mindset & good communication skills

Compelling portfolio showcasing a range of work

Experience and/or Education

4+ years of design experience, preferably in-house or at an agency

Knowledge and experience in photography a plus

Experience working across multiple brands or product lines
