across the Northeast and Southeast — and they’re now
bringing property management back in-house
to elevate service, operations, and asset performance.
The Opportunity You’ll oversee a
portfolio of 20 commercial properties
across Massachusetts and New Hampshire. This is a
newly created role
with direct exposure to the asset management team and strong potential for
long-term growth
as more properties transition to internal management.
What You’ll Do
Manage day-to-day operations, maintenance, and vendor relationships across a multi-property portfolio
Oversee
budgets, financial statements, operating expenses, and CAPEX projects
Review and interpret
commercial lease terms and tenant obligations
Collaborate closely with ownership and asset management to enhance property value
Deliver
exceptional tenant service
and respond to property-related issues as they arise
What You Bring
3+ years of
commercial property management
experience (retail preferred)
Working knowledge of
leases, financials, and property-level budgets
Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills
Experience with
Yardi, ShareFile, and Excel
Bachelor’s degree preferred
