$60,000.00/yr - $110,000.00/yr Employment Type: Full-Time, Experienced Department: Information Technology CGS is seeking Business Analysts to work with a large federal agency. As a Business Analyst in Business Operations and Content Strategy, you will partner with internal and external stakeholders to identify new business opportunities and define functional requirements. Support development of briefings, agendas, training materials, and demonstration sessions for new and existing technologies. Document and analyze business and functional requirements; translate into process maps and system requirements. Create comprehensive documentation, including system diagrams, concepts of operations, and reports. Develop high-level briefings and communication materials for diverse audiences. Collaborate with government and team members to improve service delivery and implement new technology. Evaluate program materials and propose improvements. Gather information from subject matter experts to develop manuals, specifications, and documentation. Develop expertise in Microsoft and Atlassian products to create engaging content. Research, write, and edit content, ensuring clarity and cohesion. Create multimedia content for maximum usability. Perform risk management and communicate issues effectively. Support continuous improvement initiatives. Manage client interactions and expectations. Coordinate cross-team dependencies and collaborations. Seek opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships. Qualifications:
Must be a U.S. Citizen Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering Ability to pass a Background Investigation and obtain Security Clearance 7+ years in business/system analysis or related fields Experience with phase-based and Agile delivery methods Familiarity with Jira or similar tools Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences Ability to work independently and in teams Exceptional attention to detail Experience with government projects and policies Comfortable interacting with Senior Leadership and Government Executives Experience managing requirements and small teams Strong analytical and presentation skills Preferred Experience:
Supporting DHS or other US Federal Agencies Tracking and reporting project progress and budgets Developing briefs and reports for non-technical audiences Knowledge of federal acquisition lifecycle Business Intelligence and Data Analytics skills Certifications like PMP, ACP, CSM, SAFe, CISM Our Commitment:
