Role Description
We’re looking for an Apparel Production Manager who thrives in fast-paced environments, obsesses over detail, and brings creative vision to life with precision and excellence.
- Lead communication between design, operations, and factories to ensure flawless execution.
- Oversee all stages of sampling and production — from concept to delivery.
- Ensure all samples are developed, approved, and ready in time for Paris Fashion Week and global sales shows.
- Review and refine tech packs for accuracy, ensuring materials, measurements, and finishes meet our standards.
- Manage costing, timelines, and QC checkpoints to deliver on time and within budget.
- Maintain detailed production calendars and logs to keep the team aligned.
- Identify process improvements to scale and streamline global production operations.
Qualifications
- Experience in fashion production, product development, or manufacturing a plus
- Expert in managing global vendor communication and concurrent projects.
- Meticulous, organized, and deeply quality-driven.
- Sharp analytical mindset.
- Proficient in production/project management tools (Excel, Airtable, ClickUp, or similar).
- Passionate about craftsmanship, storytelling, and detail at every level.
