We are seeking a Director, Client Service with deep experience in the Telecom, Media, and Technology sectors to join our growing UK and European team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with a cross‑functional ecosystem, including Growth (sales), Client Partners (customer success), and practice leaders to strengthen our value proposition and drive a unified go‑to‑market approach. You will also serve as a strategic ambassador, engaging with senior executive‑level clients to champion our regional vision and expand Bounteous x Accolite’s market presence.

The ideal candidate is a strategic business builder with expertise in enterprise sales across Telecom, Media, and Technology, and a proven ability to open new markets and drive sustainable revenue growth. This high‑visibility role reports directly to the Vice President of Sales for EMEA.

Information Security Responsibilities

Promote and enforce awareness of key information security practices, including acceptable use of information assets, malware protection, and password security protocols

Identify, assess, and report security risks, focusing on how these risks impact the confidentiality, integrity and availability of information assets

Understand and evaluate how data is stored, processed, or transmitted, ensuring compliance with data privacy and protection standards (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)

Ensure data protection measures are integrated throughout the information lifecycle to safeguard sensitive information

Role and Responsibilities

Drive new client acquisition and deliver measurable growth by opening accounts in the UK and Europe within the Telecom, Media, and Technology sectors

Own revenue generation goals, including order book closure and annual revenue earned for the region

Build and maintain executive‑level relationships with CMOs, CIOs, CTOs and other senior stakeholders, positioning Bounteous x Accolite as a trusted digital transformation partner

Lead the development, implementation, and evaluation of go‑to‑market and operational plans to expand market presence and increase share of wallet in target accounts

Partner with global cross‑functional teams (Growth, Client Partners, Practices and Delivery) to develop compelling value propositions, innovative offerings and tailored solutions for clients

Support marketing initiatives to strengthen brand visibility, generate new leads and contribute to thought leadership in the TMT sector

Increase penetration into multiple buying centres within existing client organisations, ensuring long‑term account growth and client satisfaction

Serve as a strategic ambassador for Bounteous x Accolite in the UK and European markets, engaging in industry events, conferences and client forums to expand presence and influence

Preferred Qualifications

Proven track record of new sales success and revenue growth in the Telecom, Media and Technology sectors

Extensive understanding of the UK/European TMT market, with strong C‑level executive relationships and references to build pipeline

Commercial acumen with the ability to co‑create innovative propositions in partnership with delivery and practice teams

Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills, with an outstanding executive presence and comfort engaging senior decision‑makers

Strong problem‑solving, decision‑making and solution‑oriented mindset with the ability to adapt in fast‑paced, changing environments

Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and collaborating across distributed teams in remote or global environments

Proficiency in written and verbal communication, with the ability to author client proposals, strategic presentations and market‑facing material

Demonstrated ability to drive customer satisfaction and expand into new buying centres within complex accounts

Location & Travel Requirements

Base location: London

Must be on‑site with client in London 2–3 days per week; remaining time may be remote or at Bounteous x Accolite offices (based in London)

Occasional travel across the UK/Europe may be required for client development and industry events

£100,000 – £150,000 per year. Individual pay is determined by many factors, including experience, relevant education or training, and organisational needs. The mid‑range to maximum of the salary range is generally reserved for individuals who are highly experienced in the role.
