The Job You will work with Media Strategists to organize and execute paid media campaigns for our clients. You are quick on your feet and able to prioritize multiple tasks and/or clients daily to ensure campaigns go off without a hitch. You like to balance creative thinking with making sure the details fall in line.

The Work

Support Media Strategists during campaign strategy development and plan execution, which includes target audience and competitive research, category insights, building client presentations, tactical plan management and channel execution

Manage paid media campaigns activations across multiple channels (Social, CTV, Audio, OOH, Google, YouTube, and more)

Lead research to develop and support media strategies and tactics

Manage the workflow for vendor collaboration and RFPs

Work hand in hand with Strategists to make sure all of the finer details of executing a campaign are covered; own materials due documents and creative best practices, while also ensuring teams adhere to proper processes and SLAs

Immerse yourself in trafficking and reporting tools to manage delivery and results of digital campaigns (Google Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, AdSwerve, etc.)

Collaborate with Media Strategists to review campaign results and report out on data‑led performance insights

Work with the Operations and Finance team to ensure billing is on track and manage campaign cash flows and flowcharts

Stay up to date on latest research and media trends

The Essentials

Bachelor’s Degree

0-2 years professional experience

Your Capabilities

Able to work successfully in a team environment that promotes collaboration in addition to confidently working independently and leveraging resources at hand

You communicate effectively at all levels

Establish and maintain effective relationships interdepartmentally, as well as with those outside the team

Possess strong quantitative and analytical skills

Have a solid understanding of mathematical concepts

Has a basic understanding of the principles of marketing and advertising, along with knowledge of media concepts and terms, creative and budget requirements

Detail‑oriented and ability to appropriately manage time

Competent Excel and PowerPoint

Able to prioritize, multi‑task and work under pressure

Willing to learn new things and challenge the norm

The Extra Mile

Knowledgeable on all aspects of digital and traditional media, including Paid Social Media, Search Engine Management, Search Engine Optimization, TV/CTV, Mobile, Out‑of‑home, Display, Print, etc.

Experience in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Data Studio and Google Campaign Manager

Proficient in research tools including MRI and Facebook Audience Insights

Excel master
