Welcome to Stanford’s Department of Athletics, Physical Education and Recreation (“DAPER”), the premier intercollegiate athletics program in the country. With 138 NCAA team championships, we are the Home of Champions and support a nearly 900 student‑athlete community across 36 varsity teams.
This role is located on site and is a 2‑year fixed‑term position on the Corporate Partnerships and External Relations team. The Coordinator/Assistant Director/Associate Director, Corporate Partnerships will support partnership marketing, development, event strategy and revenue generation.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee relationships, fulfillment/activation and development of multiple key sponsorship accounts, acting as a trusted partner to ensure long‑term satisfaction and renewal.
Attend all home football games, partner hospitality events and selected Fall/Winter and Spring sport events.
Lead hospitality planning, strategy, budgeting, implementation and execution of partner events (e.g., Golf Tournaments, Financial Seminars, VIP Game Day Experiences, Partner Summits and Leadership Academies).
Strategize overall department direction including inventory, services, analytics and continued development.
Oversee the CRM system (L365), invoicing and payments receivable process.
Maintain a comprehensive database of partner contracts and inventory.
Produce and lead comprehensive year‑end recap reporting for assigned sponsors to demonstrate ROI.
Collaborate with internal departments (facilities, events/operations, fan experience, marketing, video, legal, accounting) to fulfill partner needs.
Other duties as assigned.
Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
3–4 years of experience in partnership activation/development/fulfillment, ideally with a background in client events/hospitality.
Familiarity with collegiate athletics.
Strong organizational, project management and communication skills.
Proficiency with Google Workspace and Photoshop.

Pay Range Expected pay range: $72,000 – $80,000 per annum.
