Manager - Aftermarket Parts, Energy Group
Rehlko invites applications for the Manager – Aftermarket Parts, Energy Group position. This role leads global service parts operations, ensuring safety, quality, delivery, and cost control across our Engines, Home Energy, and Power Systems businesses.

Responsibilities
Drive a safety culture and achieve zero injuries.
Lead the day‑to‑day service parts operation: picking, packaging, shipping, and inventory management.
Maintain customer expectations through accurate deliveries using LOTIF and service requests.
Continuously improve quality and pick/shipment accuracy.
Achieve inventory accuracy, eliminating the need for annual physical counts.
Optimize operations to improve inventory turns and customer delivery performance.
Control operational spending to meet financial targets.
Develop and coach associates, ensuring a high‑performing team.
Define and approve production methods and standards for quality and delivery.
Participate in annual budgeting and performance goal setting.
Administer labor relations, HR policies, fair employment practices, and affirmative action.
Demonstrate and strengthen Rehlko core values throughout the organization.
Ensure compliance with product regulations (e.g., Clean Air Act, California Codes).
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
At least eight years of progressive experience in production control and supply chain environments.
Experience overseeing warehouse operations, shipping, logistics coordination, and process optimization.
Strong supervisory background with a record of coaching and developing teams.
APICS, CPM, or equivalent professional certification preferred.
Salary The salary range for this position is $131,450.00–$169,000.00, influenced by experience, education, and location.
