The Senior Financial Analyst will be a key member of the Go-To-Market Finance team. Reporting to Senior Manager Finance, they will own commissions forecast, Americas GTM business partnering and global reporting to finance and sales leaders. They will manage Americas Sales Headcount, T&E expense, and support key deliverables such as annual planning, Americas bookings forecast, BvA analysis, monthly/quarterly financial reporting and ad hoc analysis of the business. From day one, this role will have high visibility and impact to senior management at Rubrik.

Location Based in Palo Alto, California. Requires in-office attendance 3 days a week.

Key Responsibilities

Own Americas sales headcount management and collaborate with Sales Ops and Recruiting to maintain accurate source of truth for actuals & forecasts.

Construct & present monthly and quarterly review of Americas Sales to Sales and Finance Executive Leaders, covering:

Bookings by Product / team

Expense by type / team

Pipeline generation, conversion trends, risks

Commission attainment analysis

Productivity analysis

Tracking KPIs for Marketing, Channel, SDR orgs that support Americas Sales

Lead quota planning for Americas.

Own the end-to-end Commissions Cash and Opex forecast and BvA.

Provide ad hoc reporting and analysis for senior management as needed to review and improve business and financial performance.

Qualifications

Excellent attention to detail.

3-5 years of work experience in FP&A department.

Bachelor's degree.

Advanced Excel & Google Sheets skills.

Excellent analytical and written communication skills.

Ability to work well in cross-functional teams and build strong working relationships with key partners.

Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines with efficiency and accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Adaptive Insights, NetSuite, Salesforce, Tableau, Workday, Coupa.

Prior experience managing headcount and conducting BvA calls.

Experience with sales bookings plan, expense plan, sales headcount ratios.

Compensation US Pay Range: $112,100—$168,200 USD.
