Description The Vice President of Marketing is responsible for the overall marketing vision, strategy, and leadership for Venture Medical, LLC. This position establishes the marketing function as a key growth driver, shaping brand direction, go-to-market strategy, and organizational alignment across sales, operations, and customer engagement. The VP will build a data-driven marketing infrastructure and lead a team that positions Venture as the leading distribution partner in wound care and medical products.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Develop and execute the company’s comprehensive marketing strategy to drive growth and market share.
Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team while partnering with Human Resources on performance management.
Define brand architecture, messaging, and competitive positioning for all product lines.
Oversee all marketing channels, including digital, content, field marketing, and public relations.
Partner with Sales leadership to drive lead generation and sales enablement strategy.
Manage and optimize marketing budgets, forecasts, and KPIs aligned with business goals.
Lead data analytics, customer segmentation, and market insights to guide strategic decisions.
Represent marketing in executive leadership discussions and cross-departmental planning.
Other duties as assigned.

Support business development and partnership initiatives.
Lead company-wide initiatives related to culture, communication, and brand advocacy.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Training and Experience
10+ years of progressive marketing experience with at least 5 years in a high-level leadership role.
Proven experience in wound care, healthcare, medical device, or B2B distribution marketing.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field required; MBA preferred.
Knowledge, Abilities and Skills
Deep understanding of brand development, demand generation, and strategic planning.
Strong leadership and team development abilities.
Ability to translate business goals into actionable marketing strategy.
Exceptional communication and executive presentation skills.
Expertise in CRM systems, analytics, and digital marketing platforms.
Strong financial acumen and ability to manage multimillion-dollar budgets.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Primarily sedentary; may require occasional travel for meetings, conferences, and leadership events.
Working Conditions Remote work environment with periodic travel to Missoula, MT and key industry events.
