Position Summary The University of Miami UHealth has an exciting opportunity for a Full Time Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) in the MICU/SICU department at the UTower location. The APRN will provide direct and indirect care of assigned patients, supervise personnel, and report to the medical director and nursing director. The role requires assessing patient condition, formulating care plans, evaluating responses, and managing continuous development within the UHealth system while upholding the hospital’s mission and patient‑centered focus.

Pay Grade: H16
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct and indirect patient care in the ICU setting.
Supervise and support assigned personnel.
Assess patient condition, develop and evaluate care plans.
Report to the medical director and nursing director.
Continuously develop and manage clinical care in alignment with UHealth goals.
Qualifications
Master’s degree in Nursing.
Valid State of Florida APRN license.
Acute Care Certification.
Minimum 3 years of critical care experience as an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (ACNPC‑AG).
