What Your Challenges Will Be?
We’re looking for an experienced
Business Analyst
who combines strong analytical thinking with practical expertise in process modeling and stakeholder collaboration. ️ Remote work (from Poland) + occasional visits in Warsaw office (max 5 times per month)
Responsibilities
Model and document business processes, roles, and data flows Elicit and analyze business needs and user requirements Support product owners and business teams during development Manage and maintain requirements across the system lifecycle Translate needs into clear business specifications Contribute to solution design, testing, and change management Drive process excellence and continuous improvement Identify efficiency gains and cost‑reduction opportunities Support organizational change and staff readiness for new processes Assist in strategic planning and define transition roadmaps
Requirements
At least 8 years of Business Analyst experience, including experience in at least one full SDLC Degree in Information Technology or a related field (mandatory) Expertise in BPMN and knowledge of UML modeling (capability diagrams, activity diagrams, state diagrams, etc.) Proficiency with modeling tools (e.g., Sparx Enterprise Architect, ARIS or similar) Skilled in requirements analysis, documentation, and workshops/interviews organization and conduction (including questionnaire design) Experience in process optimization and projects involving content management or multi‑level reporting Experience in preparing and conducting market studies/research Advanced English (at least C1)
