Responsibilities

Managing license consumption metering processes for SAP products/services Conducting audits and assessments to ensure compliance with SAP licensing terms and conditions Identifying compliance risks or optimization opportunities and taking corrective actions Maintaining a centralized repository of SAP license contracts, agreements, POs, and invoices Contributing to budgeting and cost forecasting for SAP licenses Supporting external SAP audits Providing guidance to project and portfolio managers Preparing and delivering internal reports on SAP license compliance and usage Qualifications

At least 5 years of experience in a similar role Experience in software license management and administration, especially for SAP software products Knowledge of SAP licensing models, metrics, and contractual frameworks Experience with SAP audit processes Ability to interpret multi-source data Experience working in a global environment Full professional proficiency in English – at least B2+ Experience with ServiceNow SAM Pro is a plus A technical background is a plus What can we offer?
