About The Role Join Peraton in advancing the safety, efficiency, and modernization of the National Airspace System (NAS) through the FAA's Business, National Airspace, and Technical Computing Services (BNATCS) contract. As a trusted partner to the Federal Aviation Administration, Peraton helps deliver the systems and services that keep our nation's skies safe and connected. We are hiring an Administrative Assistant. The person will be expected to perform the following:
Responsibilities
Coordinate and execute a variety of duties, including travel arrangements, itineraries, agendas, expenses, and check requests.
Schedule conference rooms, VTCs, and SVTC for meetings.
Manage leadership calendars.
Answer phone calls and direct them to appropriate personnel.
Provide advanced secretarial, administrative, and business management support to an executive in the organization.
May train or supervise other administrative employees; schedule corporate meetings chaired by the executive and staff.
Refer to or personally attend to visitors' inquiries and actions that do not require the executive's attention.
Coordinate administrative and logistical details associated with day‑to‑day operations of the Executive.
Prepare various spreadsheet reports to assist in data analysis for the Executive.
Attend designated conferences and meetings and take and transcribe minutes.
Qualifications High school level plus some specialized training; minimum of 5 years experience. Ability to maintain a Public Trust clearance.
Target Salary Range $51,000 – $82,000.
