Overview
Vice President, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) We are seeking an accomplished FP&A leader to oversee enterprise-wide financial planning and analysis, driving alignment between financial performance and strategic priorities. Reporting to the CFO, this individual will lead forecasting, budgeting, long-range planning, and executive-level reporting, serving as a key partner to senior leadership in guiding business decisions and long-term growth.
Responsibilities
Lead the global FP&A function, overseeing budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and consolidated reporting.
Build and enhance financial planning models and processes that drive efficiency, accuracy, and strategic insight.
Partner with business unit finance leaders to align financial goals with overall enterprise strategy.
Establish best practices and frameworks that elevate the FP&A function across the organization.
Executive & Board-Level Storytelling
Deliver compelling, data-driven presentations for the CEO, CFO, and Board of Directors that clearly communicate performance, risks, and opportunities.
Translate complex financial data into actionable insights that influence strategic decision-making.
Ensure all reporting and communications meet the highest standards of clarity, consistency, and polish.
Strategic Advisory & Decision Support
Serve as a thought partner to senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations on key business initiatives, operational priorities, and capital allocation.
Lead scenario planning and sensitivity analysis that account for macroeconomic, industry, and competitive factors.
Support M&A, investments, and other enterprise-level initiatives through rigorous financial analysis and modeling.
Experience & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
12–15+ years of progressive FP&A or finance experience, with at least 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
Proven success leading FP&A in complex, global organizations, ideally within retail, consumer products, or similarly dynamic industries.
Strong track record of executive-level presentation and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
Exceptional leadership and team development skills, with the ability to inspire high-performing finance teams.
