Base pay range $100,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr
Position Summary We are seeking a skilled, proactive, and results-driven HR Manager & Recruiter to manage the full cycle of talent acquisition and perform a variety of human resources functions. The ideal candidate will be a crucial link between management and employees, ensuring our recruitment processes are effective, efficient, and compliant with all relevant laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Partner with department heads and hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop comprehensive recruiting plans.
Design and update engaging job descriptions and post openings on various platforms, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
Source and attract candidates using databases, social media, and networking techniques to build a strong talent pipeline.
Screen resumes and evaluate candidates for qualifications and cultural fit.
Drive recruitment outcomes by setting clear goals, tracking key metrics, and continuously improving processes to meet hiring targets.
Human Resources Management
Provide professional advice and support to managers and employees on a range of HR matters, including performance management, coaching, and conflict resolution.
Ensure HR compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
Manage and optimize HR systems (HRIS and ATS), ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required.
Experience: Typically 10+ years of proven experience in human resources and full-cycle recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge: Solid understanding of HR best practices, human resources metrics, and employment laws/regulations.
Soft Skills:
Exceptional communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities; adept at multitasking and prioritizing projects effectively.
Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
HR Certification (e.g., SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP).
Experience with specific HR software (e.g., ADP).
Experience with social media recruiting techniques.
