Pay Range:
The pay range for this job is $20.60 to $42.85 per hour; actual pay is dependent on experience and geographic location.

The Raw Materials Assistant will partner with Design, Merchandising, and Technical Design, as well as overseas Sourcing Offices, Mills and Factories to ensure the raw material integrity of products from sample to bulk production. The role supports research, development and execution of raw materials for the brand to create best overall value in terms of product, price, lead‑time and quality. Key Responsibilities
Assist Fabric Lead in sourcing, developing, and tracking woven raw materials. Create, input, and update raw materials in PLM, Airtable, and Excel charts. Partner with Fabric Lead to optimize raw material costs and lead times. Work closely with QA to ensure materials pass testing. Build a physical and digital fabric library. Experience, Skills & Knowledge
In‑office requirement: 3 days per week. Agile, nimble and solution‑oriented mindset. Strong communication and cross‑functional team collaboration skills. Strong organizational skills with detailed attention to product information. Curiosity, desire to learn and grow, and an innovative mindset. Strong computer skills; proficiency in Excel, Outlook, PLM, Adobe XD, Airtable.
