We are seeking an experienced SAP Data Migration Consultant to lead and support data migration efforts from SAP ECC, CRM, and BW environments to SAP S/4HANA. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in SAP data migration, planning, and implementation, with expertise in both functional and technical aspects of SAP systems.
Description Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage project management plans and schedules.
Provide technical and functional assistance in planning and executing S/4HANA data migration.
Analyze business problems from qualitative and quantitative perspectives.
Prepare ad-hoc data requests and organize data into logical formats.
Generate comprehensive reports, briefing papers, and presentations.
Conduct fact-finding research and document findings.
Plan, organize, and facilitate meetings and follow-up activities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address issues and ensure project success.
Required Experience
Minimum 2 years of SAP S/4HANA data migration experience.
At least 7 years of SAP ECC, CRM, and/or BW work experience.
2 years of experience with data migration tools and solutions applicable to SAP implementations.
Desired Experience
In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA functionality and its integration with CRM/ECC.
Expertise in mapping CRM/ECC functionality to S/4HANA.
Extensive experience in brownfield implementations and planning S/4HANA data migrations.
Expert-level skills in migrating data from customized SAP CRM/ECC/BW environments to S/4HANA.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Comprehensive knowledge of SAP ECC and CRM data migration processes.
Strong project management skills to develop plans and schedules.
Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Project.
Ability to create structured data formats and generate management-level reports.
Skilled in planning, organizing, and coordinating work assignments.
Experience in conducting research and solving problems efficiently.
Minimum
Education and Certifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field. Equivalent work experience will be considered.
