JOB SUMMARY Clarvos is seeking qualified candidates for the role of Marketing Manager, Ad Operations. In this role, you will be an integral part of the AdTech & Partnerships team and have the opportunity to drive impact and innovation across ad tech partnerships & critical engineering projects.We are seeking an experienced ad operations practitioner who is a proactive and creative problem-solver, builds trust with partners they work with, and will foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment that encourages innovation, growth, and professional development.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Support the AdTech team and internal/external stakeholders with the development, enablement, and maintenance of digital campaign measurement solutions for all paid media/advertising campaigns.

Document each measurement solutions capabilities and limitations within various web environments.

Develop implementation and use-guides for each measurement solution.

Ensure compliance with all established processes and procedures related to use of each measurement solution across internal teams and partners.

Partner closely with other teams (internal and external) to drive implementation of established AdOps solutions for paid media and compliance with best practices.

Manage and advise on1st Party and 3rd Party media tagging and tracking solutions.

Partner with internal teams and partners to drive consistency across ad campaign tracking instrumentation for site and other business analytics.

Develop site solution designs, and specifications documents, for all paid media/advertising campaigns, defining site Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) measurement, and instrumentation.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or related field AND 4+ years experience in media, marketing, or advertising on the client or agency side OR equivalent experience.

3+ years of experience in AdOps, with knowledge of data architecture, analytics, and paid media management.

3+ years of experience working with digital marketing measurement KPIs and web instrumentations (HTML, JS).

4+ years of experience in media, marketing, or advertising on the client or agency side.

Deep knowledge of paid media ad tech tools (Ad Server, Deal Manager Portal (DMP), Demand side Platform (DSP), etc.).

4+ years of experience paid social experience (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Snapchat, Twitch, Twitter, and YouTube).

4+ years of experience working across digital media channels (e.g., pay-per-lead, social, search engine marketing (SEM), programmatic buying, addressable TV).

4+ years of experience using data-driven media tactics, including advanced targeting models, measurement and learning plans, making optimizations based on data.

3+ years of experience managing projects (e.g., communications, internal stakeholder management timelines, prioritization, road mapping).

4+ years of experience search engine marketing campaigns (e.g., keyword governance, ad copy creation, audience targeting).

Knowledge of offline paid media channels (e.g., broadcast TV, cinema, print, audio, out of home (OOH)).

Knowledge of statistical modeling and analysis.

Knowledge of the mobile advertising space and measurement strategies.

Experience working with and influencing product engineering teams, specifically to enable media measurement – defining requirements, developing test scenarios, and planning productions usage.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORKING CONDITIONS Standing/Walking/Mobility: Must have mobility to attend meetings remotely and in person.

Fingering/Grasping/Feeling: Must be able to write, type and use a telephone system 100% of the time.
