Political CSM & Ad Operations Manager

to oversee political advertising campaigns, ensure client success, and optimize programmatic ad operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital advertising, political campaigns, and programmatic media buying. You will serve as the primary point of contact for political clients, manage campaign execution, and drive performance through data-driven optimization. Key Responsibilities

Customer Success (CSM) Act as the primary liaison for political clients, understanding their campaign goals and ensuring seamless execution. Develop strategic media plans tailored to political candidates, PACs, and advocacy groups. Provide proactive insights and recommendations to optimize campaign effectiveness. Educate clients on our platform, best practices, and data-driven audience targeting. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reporting and recommendations. Manage client relationships to ensure satisfaction, retention, and upsell opportunities. Ad Operations (AdOps) Work with Adops team to set up, launch, and manage political programmatic advertising campaigns across DSPs, social, and display channels. Ensure compliance with political advertising regulations (FEC, state laws, platform policies). Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ad serving, tagging, and tracking. Optimize campaigns in real time using bid strategies, audience segmentation, and creative A/B testing. Collaborate with data and analytics teams to enhance audience targeting and measurement. Work closely with sales, account management, and product teams to refine political advertising solutions. Qualifications & Experience

2-4+ years of experience in digital advertising, programmatic media buying, or ad operations. Strong understanding of political advertising, voter targeting, and compliance regulations. Experience working with DSPs (e.g., The Trade Desk, DV360, Xandr), ad servers, and analytics platforms. Familiarity with political data sources (e.g., voter files, DMPs, geotargeting). Proven ability to manage multiple clients and campaigns in a fast-paced environment. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and optimize performance. Excellent communication and relationship management skills. Ability to work under tight deadlines, especially during election cycles. Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with political campaigns, agencies, or PACs. Knowledge of programmatic creative strategies and A/B testing methodologies. Certification in digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta, DSP certifications) Seniority level
