This role is a high transaction volume with very short RFP cycle times and requires full knowledge of. managing all aspects of sourcing, procurement, vendor management·
Familiar with concepts and procedures relating to procurement and contracts management to include government and public entities and with the need to have knowledge of Federal Procurement Policy and/or Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR).·
Responsibilities will include maintaining contracts and vendor database, researching new suppliers, interviewing and negotiating to obtain prices and specifications.·
Work with Contracts Administrator to ensure all contracting and procurement standards are maintained throughout the portfolio to JLL and/or client requirements.·
Experience negotiating with a supplier different scope of service and pricing.·
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strict timelines and establishing work priorities to achieve goals on time.·
3-7 years of experience in a professional, fast paced environment.·
Demonstrated Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint & Excel
and Access·
Knowledge of SpendHQ and Corrigo are a plus·
Strong organizational and analytical skills; problem solving ability·
