**Department:** Engineering (Building Controls & Automation - BCA)
**Reports To:** BCA Manager
**Location:** San Jose Campus
**Schedule:** Tues-Sat (3:00pm to 11:30pm)* High school diploma or equivalent (Associate degree preferred)* 1–2 years of experience in facilities operations, dispatch, or building automation systems* Familiarity with Corrigo, WebCtrl, or other building management systems (BMS)* Strong organizational and communication skills (written and verbal)* Ability to prioritize and respond to multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment* Comfortable working rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays* Strong attention to detail and ability to follow critical environment protocols* Experience in critical facility operations (data center, hospital, etc.)* Knowledge of fire life safety, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems* Understanding of vendor coordination and change request workflows* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Web-based tools, and radio communication protocolsAt JLL, we give you the opportunity, knowledge and tools to own your success, because we value what makes each of us unique.
