What You'll Be Doing

Lead technical support for cement products across assigned markets and customer segments.

Collaborate with sales, operations, and quality teams to optimize product performance and customer satisfaction.

Provide expert guidance on cement applications, troubleshooting, and innovation opportunities.

Represent the company in industry forums, technical committees, and customer engagements.

Analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform product development and strategy.

What Are We Looking For

Strong technical knowledge of cement materials, applications, and performance characteristics.

Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively.

Demonstrated collaboration skills across cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.

Capability to lead initiatives, solve problems, and drive continuous improvement.

Commitment to safety, quality, and customer-focused solutions.

Work Environment This role involves a mix of office-based work, field visits to customer sites, and collaboration with plant and technical teams. Travel may be required to support regional operations and customer engagements.

Competitive base salary, $84,730 to $112,970, and participation in our annual incentive plan.
