Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees.**What You'll Be Doing*** Lead engineering planning and execution for cement plant construction and modernization projects* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure technical alignment and project success* Manage budgets, schedules, and contractor performance to meet project goals* Ensure compliance with environmental, safety, and quality standards throughout project lifecycle* Provide technical oversight and guidance during design, procurement, installation, and commissioning**What Are We Looking For*** Demonstrated ability to manage complex engineering projects in industrial environments* Strong understanding of cement plant systems, equipment, and process integration* Skilled in project management tools and engineering documentation practices* Effective communicator with the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and engage stakeholders* Commitment to safety, innovation, and continuous improvement in project delivery* **Experience in cement production and project execution is a plus****Work Environment** This role combines office-based engineering coordination with on-site project oversight. The office is located in Harleyville, SC and travel to other plant locations is expected.
