Salary expectations are based dependent on definablesuccess, contact list, and reputation. An unlimited cap commission structurebased on gross revenue, tiered by level of engagement. Salary and commissionstructure are negotiable. Key Areas of Knowledge / Responsibilities

Utilize consultative selling skills identify key trends,uncover customer needs, and leverage industry knowledge to find and close salesopportunities. Technical / Engineering Consultative Sales experience inIndustrial, Manufacturing or other critical industries B2B Business Development and Relationship management Outbound Sales, lead Generation and prospecting includingCold Calling, emails and events Event Management and Coordination Develop and maintain strong customer relationships Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to meetcustomer needs Respond to customer inquiries and provide support as needed Monitor customer accounts and ensure satisfaction Track and report customer data, sales performance, and othermetrics Help facilitate with proposal development, project executionand overall customer satisfaction About Atlas OT

What We Do: Automation and Controls for all your Operational Technologyneeds. RTU, PLC, Flow Computer, SCADA and DCS system design, procurement,programming and support. Electrical, Instrumentation, Controls Engineering andprocurement. Control Panel and VFD Panel Design, Procurement, Fabrication andtesting with full service programming and integrated Factory AcceptanceTesting. Managed SCADA hosting and services. Working with all major brands,Rockwell, Siemens, Opto22, Red Lion, Schneider and more. Supporting all industriesincluding energy, manufacturing, food and beverage, water wastewater, buildingautomation, oil and gas, renewable, pharmaceuticals and more. Requirements

2-5 years of outside sales and/or B2B sales experience, witha preference in industrial or technical sales Demonstrable industry contacts and relationships Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent problem solving, analytical and detail-orientedmindset Ability to work with cross-functional and discipline teamseffectively Ability to project and account manage post sale to keepcustomers engaged and satisfied Strong knowledge in marketing, CRMs, and event coordination Drug Free work environment Valid Driver's license and ability to travel withoutrestrictions Work is completed in hybrid work environments, in officewith the team, occasionally from home, and in the field. Sales professionalsare expected to work odd hours to be available to our clients, set up forevents, attend breakfasts, lunches, and dinners, and travel for conferences andkey customer engagements.
