COMPANY OVERVIEW We are a commercial finance company specializing in providing capital solutions to small and mid-sized businesses across the United States.

Our team of Private Credit Advisors works directly with business owners to assess their financing needs and connect them with appropriate lending products including term loans, lines of credit, equipment financing, and working capital solutions.

POSITION SUMMARY We are seeking results-driven Account Executives to join our private credit division. This is a full-cycle sales role focused on outbound business development and client relationship management.

Account Executives are responsible for prospecting small and mid-sized businesses, conducting needs assessments, presenting financing solutions, and managing the sales process through close.

This is a performance-based, Salary plus commission

Top performers in this role earn $400,000-$600,000 annually, with senior advisors leading teams exceeding $1,000,000 in annual earnings.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Business Development & Prospecting

Execute high-volume outbound calling campaigns (300-600+ attempts daily) using company-provided power dialer technology

Identify and qualify small and mid-sized businesses requiring commercial financing solutions

Build and manage a robust sales pipeline through consistent daily prospecting activity

Sales & Client Management

Conduct discovery calls to assess business financing needs and capital requirements

Present tailored financing solutions aligned with client business objectives

Collaborate with processing team and senior advisors to structure and close transactions

Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in CRM system

Relationship Development

Develop long-term relationships with funded clients to generate repeat business

Build referral partnerships with clients, accountants, attorneys, and business networks

Create a book of recurring clients that generates predictable revenue streams

Performance & Growth

Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly performance metrics

Participate in ongoing training and professional development programs

Qualify for merit-based commission rate increases based on performance milestones

For top performers: Opportunities to mentor junior advisors and eventually lead sales teams

COMPENSATION & EARNINGS STRUCTURE Commission Structure:

Competitive rates on all funded deals

Earnings Potential:

Year 1: $60,000-$150,000 (typical ramp period)

Years 2-3: $150,000-$400,000 (with established book of business)

Top Performers: $400,000-$600,000+ annually

Senior Advisors (Team Leaders): $1,000,000+ annually

Additional Compensation:

Merit-based commission rate increases tied to performance milestones

Monthly and quarterly performance reviews with potential bonuses

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Essential:

Consistent daily prospecting activity regardless of current pipeline status

Months 1-4:

Focus on training, skill development, and initial deal flow (with mentor support)

Months 5-7:

Establish consistent production and develop repeat client relationships

Months 8-12:

Begin closing deals independently while building pipeline momentum

Year 2+:

Leverage established book of business for predictable, compounding income
