Join to apply for the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis role at District Partners.
Why This Role Is Different
Direct visibility to the CFO and PE sponsors.
Massive acquisition pipeline and activity.
Opportunity to build and own the fund flow / fund slope models that drive strategic decisions across the platform.
Play offense—not maintenance. You will be the strategic architect building scenarios, forecasting outcomes, and guiding executive decisions.
Who We’re Looking For A top‑tier finance professional who thinks like an investor and operates like a builder. You have the horsepower to be five steps ahead, translating business initiatives into financial impact. You thrive in high‑growth, PE‑backed environments where speed, precision, and strategic modeling define success.
What You’ll Have
5–10+ years of financial modeling and analysis at a high‑performance institution.
Advanced Excel/modeling mastery required (fund flow / deal modeling experience highly preferred).
Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, PE‑backed environment where business priorities evolve rapidly.
Ideal Background
Private Equity or PE Portfolio Company Finance.
Strategic Corporate FP&A at a fast‑scaling private or public company.
Management Consulting (Transaction Advisory, Value Creation, FP&A Transformation).
Wealth Management or Financial Services with complex revenue and acquisition models.
What You’ll Do
Own FP&A function with full responsibility for forecasting, variance analysis, scenario planning, and fund flow modeling.
Build sophisticated models to evaluate acquisitions, capital deployment, growth strategies, and financial returns.
Partner directly with the CFO on strategic initiatives, including PE reporting, integration planning, and enterprise value acceleration.
Drive financial insights that influence executive decisions across M&A, revenue optimization, client profitability, and fund allocation.
Collaborate with private equity partners to deliver board‑ready analysis, KPI dashboards, and value creation roadmaps.
Develop the financial architecture that scales the business from its current trajectory into the next phase of national dominance.
What Success Looks Like
You walk into a conversation with the CFO and already have the model built and the story behind the numbers.
You benchmark against best‑in‑class PE‑backed organizations and deliver insights that move valuation.
You are viewed as the internal "deal athlete" and thought partner—not a reporting function.
Compensation & Growth
Highly competitive compensation package (base + performance bonus + potential equity participation).
Significant runway for upward mobility within a rapidly scaling firm.
Direct exposure to private equity value creation track.
This Role Is for You If…
You don’t wait for direction—you create it.
You think like an investor, not a reporter of numbers.
You want to be in the room where decisions are made, building the models that drive them.
