Responsibilities
Offer exceptional customer service and represent the brand in our retail stores.
Apply excellent listening, oral, and communication skills to build relationships with customers.
Demonstrate deep product knowledge and provide design advice to customers.
Inspect, photograph, and measure artwork using Framebridge tools.
Answer questions and troubleshoot issues using sound judgment.
Suggest improvements to innovate and enhance the retail experience.

Work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, to meet business needs.
Qualifications
Experience in a customer service, retail, or hospitality role.
Engaging personality with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Interest in design and excitement to work in a creative environment.
Quick learner of new tools, products, and processes.
Excellent time‑management, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
Experience in clienteling outreach and building long‑term customer relationships.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Compensation Hourly rate: competitive; the posted range is accurate at the time of posting and may be adjusted based on experience and location. This role also includes eligibility for a cash bonus as part of the total compensation package.
