Across our leading brands—TurboTax, Credit Karma, QuickBooks, and Mailchimp—we serve over 100 M customers and maintain a thriving consumer and small‑business ecosystem. We are known for our innovation track record, customer centricity, and consistent recognition as a top place to work. The Consumer Group (CG) is transforming its Product Management function to drive innovation with velocity, customer‑centricity, and data‑informed strategic bets. Within CG, the TurboTax team is a $4.5 B business that still has a large opportunity ahead: we serve nearly 40 M fi‑lers with our online DIY tax software, yet 85 M American consumers still spend too much time and money on inefficient and expensive tax prep services. We’re seeking a Group Product Manager to lead our Traffic to Start & Growth Product Management team, responsible for delivering best‑in‑class experiences on TurboTax.com. Your focus will be unlocking business growth through conversion rate optimization, experimentation, personalization, and AI‑driven experiences. Responsibilities

Lead the product vision, strategy, and high‑level roadmaps that enable us to achieve our customer and business objectives. Partner cross‑functionally to deliver experience improvements and meet customer and financial targets. Drive the use of AI and machine learning to enhance experimentation, personalization, and customer journeys. Build a high‑performance team, attract world‑class talent, and lead, develop, and inspire them to innovate on behalf of our customers. Qualifications

8+ years of experience in web optimization and growth, including at least 5 years in a Product Management role driving experimentation and/or personalization initiatives. Experience building and leading a PM team (2+ years of direct management experience). Deep experience with web and mobile‑first customer experiences, ideally in high‑traffic (20+ M monthly uniques), consumer‑facing environments. Proven experience leveraging machine learning to optimize customer acquisition, conversion, and personalization strategies. Strong track record of owning revenue outcomes and delivering product‑led growth. Deep customer obsession and strong track record of delivering customer value through product innovation. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate at all organizational levels. Capable of crafting a vision, decomposing it into milestones, and leading execution. Excels in driving cross‑functional teams and leading initiatives across an organization involving multiple product and marketing teams. Deeply curious and data‑driven, developing and defending strong points‑of‑view with data, analytics, and the voice of the customer.
