Intuit is seeking Tax Experts for the upcoming tax season. If you have an active PTIN and an unrestricted credential (CPA/EA/Practicing Attorney) we would love to connect with you!

What You Will Do
Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products. Provide tax advice, full service return preparation, tax calculations, and manage product/software inquiries.
Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to find and deliver the right answer to the customer using everyday language.
Interact with customers via video communication software and document interactions for accurate records.
Who You Are
Minimum 2 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software.
Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and a PTIN.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills (written & spoken).
Passionate about helping clients navigate tax complexities and committed to enhancing our brand.
Excellent customer service skills, confident, friendly, professional video and audio interactions.
What You Need
Reliable internet connection meeting Intuit security criteria.
Available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.
Compensation Base pay ranges by location: Bay Area California $28.80 - $36.50, Southern California $28.80 - $36.50, Colorado $27.50 - $34.80, Hawaii $28.80 - $36.50, Illinois $27.50 - $34.80, Maryland $27.50 - $34.80, Massachusetts $28.80 - $36.50, Minnesota $24.80 - $30.30, New Jersey $28.80 - $36.50, New York $28.80 - $36.50, Ohio $24.80 - $30.30, Vermont $27.50 - $34.80, Washington $28.80 - $36.50, Washington DC $28.80 - $36.50.
Eligible for cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits per Intuit plans.
