About the Opportunity This

position offers full ownership of one of the most strategic growth channels in the business.

The

Senior Amazon Account Manager

will lead the commercial, operational, and strategic direction of the Amazon business across both Vendor and Seller Central, driving profitability, visibility, and customer engagement. This role blends data analytics, financial management, and digital execution to deliver exceptional brand performance across the world’s largest online retail platform.

Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end Amazon 1P and 3P business, managing the P&L, revenue growth, trade spend, and profitability targets.

Lead day-to-day operations across catalogue setup, promotions, pricing, and performance tracking.

Define and execute the hybrid assortment strategy across Vendor and Seller Central, balancing commercial impact with brand integrity.

Partner with logistics and demand planning teams to ensure operational excellence, FBA accuracy, and optimal stock management.

Drive advertising and retail media integration, working with internal and external partners to optimise ROI across Sponsored Ads and DSP.

Collaborate with creative and brand teams to enhance content, SEO, and PDP conversion performance.

Serve as the key point of contact for cross-functional stakeholders and agencies, ensuring alignment and accountability across all digital commerce initiatives.

Qualifications

4+ years’ experience directly managing Amazon Seller/Vendor Central accounts (agency or in-house).

Proven success managing P&L ownership for businesses exceeding $10M in annual Amazon revenue.

Strong operational and analytical expertise, with advanced Excel or Google Sheets proficiency.

Hands‑on experience in Amazon FBA logistics, compliance, and 3PL coordination.

Knowledge of tools such as Helium 10, Stackline, and Pacvue Commerce.

Background in professional or retail beauty, haircare, or CPG preferred.

Excellent communication, commercial acumen, and problem‑solving mindset in fast‑paced, high‑growth environments.
