Base pay range
$19.55/hr - $26.45/hr Responsibilities Administer and maintain the Jamf Pro platform for deployment, configuration, patching, and inventory management of all Mac devices Develop and manage device profiles, policies, and scripts for MacOS using Jamf and Apple Business Manager Collaborate with security and compliance teams to enforce device encryption, endpoint protection, and secure configurations Provide Tier 2/3 support for Mac-related issues, troubleshooting both hardware and software problems Manage application packaging and deployment for Mac users Maintain detailed documentation for processes, configurations, and procedures Monitor system performance and ensure timely software updates and patch compliance Participate in audits and assist in enforcing IT security standards across Apple devices Support onboarding/offboarding of employees through automated device provisioning workflows
Requirements
3+ years of experience administering Mac environments in a mid-to-large scale enterprise 2+ years of hands?on experience with Jamf Pro (or similar MDM tools like Kandji, Mosyle, or Intune with Apple integrations) Proficient in MacOS scripting (Bash, Zsh, or Python) Solid understanding of Apple Business Manager, DEP, and VPP Familiarity with macOS security best practices, including FileVault, Gatekeeper, and SIP Experience with enterprise networking, Active Directory, SSO integrations, and VPNs as they relate to Mac deployments Strong documentation and communication skills JAMF 200 or higher certification is a plus
