We are partnering with a well-respected law firm that is seeking a Labor and Employment Litigation Attorney for their Jacksonville office. While labor and employment experience is ideal, this is also a great opportunity for a commercial litigator who is interested in learning about labor and employment law.

Key Responsibilities:
Litigate a broad spectrum of employment-related matters, including agency charges, single-plaintiff and class/collective actions.
Provide strategic counsel and training to employers on labor and employment law issues.
Represent clients in federal and state courts, administrative proceedings, mediations, and arbitrations.
Requirements
J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school with strong academic credentials.
3 -10 years of litigation experience, preferably with exposure to employment law.
Active membership in the Florida Bar, in good standing.
Familiarity with federal and state agency procedures.
Exceptional writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment.
Professionalism, collegiality, and a commitment to excellence are essential.
