POSITION: Financial Analysist - I
STATUS: Full Time; 37.5 hours/week
SCHEDULE/HOURS: Monday through Friday; 8:00AM - 4:00PM
LOCATION: Robinson Township
Partners For Quality Inc. (PFQ) is a private, non-profit organization based in Robinson Township. Partners For Quality provides administrative management to five subsidiary organizations that support local individuals with intellectual &developmental disabilities and behavioral health challenges. PFQ’s management services include Fiscal (including payroll), HR, IT and Communications thus allowing subsidiaries to focus on their day-to-day priorities.
Responsibilities Reports to the Chief Financial Officer and is responsible for developing and implementing a sound set of financial practices encompassing financial statement preparation, forecasting, budgeting, and analysis. Supports the Chief Financial Officer in preparing projections and assuring the future financial standing of Partners For Quality, Inc. (PFQ) and Subsidiaries. Develops and monitors Key Performance Indicators to monitor individual program profitability. Meets with PFQ and its Subsidiaries Leadership Teams to review financial performance and recommend improvements. All responsibilities shall be completed in a manner consistent with the Vision, Mission, and Values of PFQ.
Partner with the accounting team in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual work papers supporting internal financial statements, reports and spreadsheets to ensure effective and timely reporting for PFQ.
Identify and research variances to forecast, budget, and prior-year expenses, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement.
Develop Key Performance Indicators to monitor individual program profitability and provide training and support to PFQ operating personnel regarding financial performance and strategies to improve.
Participate in the on-going evaluation and development of financial controls, financial systems, and cash management procedures.
Work closely with Informational Technology (IT) and accounting staff to ensure that computer and software systems provide accurate information.
Create and support strategic initiatives providing insights on planning, budgeting, scenario planning, financial forecasting and modeling for current companies and potential future acquisitions.
Gather and report on PFQ company wide information projecting our future financial health.
Dive deeply into financial data and systems and become a subject matter expert to provide insights into our businesses.
Develop and maintain effective relationships with business partners and cross-functional teams at all levels of the organization as the finance liaison to all agencies and departments.
Identify and understand business challenges affecting operational sustainability; propose and create solutions.
Assist in automating the financial reporting process.
Conduct necessary account and systems reconciliations.
Master various software systems to extract relevant information in performing duties of the position.
Attend training, workshops, meetings, and conferences assigned by the Chief Financial Officer.
Participate in and attend Agency special functions and fund-raising events as requested.
Understanding of and compliance with all PFQ Personnel Policies and Procedures and Financial Department policies.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Minimum of a four-year college degree in accounting, finance or business.
CFA, CPA or CMA designation is preferred but not required.
Minimum of three (3) years accounting experience.
Experience relating to Human Service Agency accounting and reporting standards, and / or electronic health records is preferred but not required.
Valid Driver’s License
Act 33, Act 34 and FBI clearances
Minimum Compensation USD $75,000.00/Yr.
Maximum Compensation USD $85,000.00/Yr.
