Partners For Quality, Inc. (PFQ) is a private, non‑profit organization based in Robinson Township. PFQ provides administrative management to five subsidiary organizations that support local individuals with intellectual & developmental disabilities and behavioral health challenges. PFQ’s management services include Fiscal (including payroll), HR, IT and Communications, allowing subsidiaries to focus on their day‑to‑day priorities. Responsibilities
Develop and implement sound financial practices, including financial statement preparation, forecasting, budgeting, and analysis. Support the Chief Financial Officer in preparing projections and ensuring the future financial standing of PFQ and its subsidiaries. Develop and monitor Key Performance Indicators to assess program profitability. Meet with PFQ and subsidiary leadership teams to review financial performance and recommend improvements. Partner with the accounting team in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual work papers supporting internal financial statements. Identify and research variances to forecast, budget and prior‑year expenses, proactively pinpointing opportunities for improvement. Develop KPIs to monitor program profitability and provide training and support regarding financial performance. Participate in the ongoing evaluation and development of financial controls, systems and cash management procedures. Work closely with IT and accounting staff to ensure systems provide accurate information. Create and support strategic initiatives, providing insights on planning, budgeting, scenario planning, forecasting and modeling for current companies and future acquisitions. Gather and report on company‑wide information projecting future financial health. Become a subject‑matter expert on financial data and systems, providing insights into business performance. Develop and maintain effective relationships with cross‑functional teams and business partners. Identify business challenges affecting operational sustainability and propose solutions. Assist in automating the financial reporting process. Conduct required account and systems reconciliations. Master various software systems to extract relevant information. Attend training, workshops, meetings, and conferences assigned by the CFO. Participate in agency special functions and fund‑raising events as requested. Understand and comply with all PFQ Personnel, Financial Department policies and procedures. Perform other duties as assigned. Cash Incentives

Minimum of a four‑year college degree in accounting, finance or business. CFA, CPA or CMA designation is preferred but not required. Minimum of three (3) years accounting experience. Experience with human service agency accounting and reporting standards, and/or electronic health records is preferred but not required. Valid driver’s license. Act 33, Act 34 and FBI clearances. Compensation
Minimum: $75,000.00 per year. Maximum: $85,000.00 per year.
