Job Description Summary Note: This position follows our hybrid-friendly schedule, so you get the best of both worlds – flexibility and collaboration. In office days will be 2‑3 per week averaging 10‑12 days per month in our St. Petersburg, FL Corporate Office.

Job Description Act as a strategic partner to the Technology Education (Tech Ed) department. Serve as Project Manager of the team's educational resources, content, and communication deliverables supporting the firm's technology releases and changes. Manage all tasks related to the Tech Ed team’s project intake process and deliverables, including creating project plans, delegating tasks, scheduling/hosting meetings, tracking progress, and communicating with stakeholders to ensure successful delivery. Balance creative strategy with operational logistics, acting as a bridge between technology and the Tech Ed teams.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects across multiple business units on behalf of Technology Education, ensuring deliverables support releases and business needs.

Execute and deliver elements of technology product roadmaps, leveraging agile and design‑thinking principles.

Oversee technology releases to monitor status and progress, ensuring adherence to scope and timelines.

Manage the Tech Education team’s deliverable process to allocate resources and ensure project plans meet business needs.

Develop effective and collaborative relationships with stakeholders and serve as point of contact between technical teams, business stakeholders, and Tech Ed to manage plans and communicate status.

Plan and coordinate release requirements by documenting and managing requirements throughout the project lifecycle.

Schedule and lead meetings to manage project goals, assign deliverables, track progress, and provide updates.

Identify and evaluate risks, issues, dependencies, and constraints, escalating where appropriate.

Communicate status, milestones, and outcomes to stakeholders through reports and presentations.

Manage software releases, prepare and execute project plans, and maintain understanding of relevant technology and industry best practices.

Drive continuous improvement through post‑project reviews and lessons learned.

Stay current with emerging digital technologies and trends to inform strategy and innovation.

Contribute to reviewing team operations and generate improvement ideas.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Skills / Previous Experience

Three to five years of experience as a Project Manager, or a combination of education, training, and experience.

Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and experience managing project plans from inception through implementation.

Analytical thinking: analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and visual content.

Communication & storytelling: primary point of contact, status updates, managing expectations, ensuring delivery and client satisfaction.

Project ownership & leadership: create plans, assign team members, schedule demos; manage project information and documentation.

Technical fluency: use business intelligence tools to build dashboards and reports.

Creativity & problem solving: adapt to challenges, critical thinking, adaptability.

Cross‑functional collaboration: work with product managers, UX designers, project managers, and technology teams.

Content strategy & delivery: manage multiple Tech Ed projects simultaneously from scope to execution.

Change management: identify, define, unify, coordinate processes and activities.

Tool proficiency: ClickUp (or similar), Qlik, Splunk, Sitecore, Eloqua, HTML/CSS, SharePoint, Power Automate, Excel/Word/PowerPoint.

Licenses / Certifications

None required.

PMP certification would be nice to have.

Education

Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Communications, or equivalent.

High School diploma required.

Work Experience

General experience 3 to 6 years.

Travel Less than 25%.
