Job Summary Manages Enterprise Data and Services, Change the Business (CTB) releases for large and/or multiple projects including Regulatory, Wealth Management, PCG, Data Science and Architecture initiatives with significant impact on firmwide business processes and technology. Influences strategic direction and develops tactical plans with substantial latitude, providing comprehensive solutions to complex problems and maintaining extensive contact with internal clients and business stakeholders. Manages complex projects from proposal and requirements definition to project planning and implementation, leveraging input from industry and business unit subject matter experts.

This position follows a hybrid work model; the selected candidate is expected to be in the office 2–3 days a week (10–12 days a month) at the St. Petersburg, FL location.

This position is not eligible for work‑visa sponsorship, either currently or in the future.

Responsibilities

Conduct preliminary investigation for all project requests by reviewing requirements, specifications, testing and support/training plans to ensure alignment with organizational priorities.

Proficient in Agile methodologies and skilled in using TFS (Azure DevOps) to create and manage sprints, queries, and dashboards.

Handle large cross‑functional teams, guiding them through Agile sprints and conducting Agile ceremonies.

Act as a proactive interface between project stakeholders and the senior management team, ensuring complete and accurate definitions of business requirements and the delivery of business applications.

Identify, define and document complex business and technical requirements, processes and deliverables.

Develop, prepare, present and maintain project plans, including staffing requirements, cost estimates, detailed budgets, work‑breakdown structures and schedules.

Perform project risk assessments, identifying key risk factors, providing effective mitigation strategies and assigning contingency action plans for schedules and budgets.

Manage projects and teams using established methodologies, change control templates and processes; manage time and recording activities with scheduling tools; monitor budgets; coordinate resource acquisition and utilization; maintain precise documentation required for PMO and internal audit; liaise with internal customers and external suppliers; and communicate regularly with stakeholders.

Deliver systems on appropriate platforms in compliance with established technology standards, including monitoring, testing, executing quality assurance checks and ensuring IT acceptance criteria are met prior to implementation.

Manage all aspects of the project budget, including creating and maintaining resource allocations and actively tracking costs against the approved budget.

Apply established project methodologies to manage projects, using change control templates, scheduling tools, budget monitoring and resource coordination.

Partner with other functional areas to accomplish objectives.

Skills

7+ years of experience in project management, enterprise implementation, leadership, strategic planning, business acumen, applications development and change management.

Strong knowledge of application development and project lifecycle methodologies and SDLC standards.

Experience with Azure DevOps (TFS) or SmartSheets.

Experience managing large complex release cycles.

Experience managing a project budget.

MS Project experience required.

Proficiency in Agile methodologies.

Experience with project selection, approvals, budgeting, business case preparation and analysis, and project initiation and planning, including work‑breakdown structures and forecasting.

Understanding of risk management, issue tracking, change management and requirements gathering concepts.

Business planning and analysis skills.

Project budget interfaces with other accounting systems.

Information technology support and technical documentation experience.

Principles of banking and finance and securities industry operations strongly preferred.

Certifications

PMP or equivalent certification highly preferred.

CSM or equivalent certification highly preferred.

Education Bachelor’s: Business Administration or equivalent; High School diploma (HS) required.

Work Experience Manager Experience – 6 to 10 years.

Travel Less than 25%.
