Responsibilities
Provide bedside wound care in over 3,200 facilities across 28 states.
Participate in physician‑level wound management training and a wound fellowship to gain all the knowledge and expertise for clinical excellence.
Earn, on average, $300,000 per year in a W2 full‑time position, plus benefits.
Enjoy autonomy and flexibility in work schedules, with a routine 45‑hour work week for full‑time positions.
Receive paid training during onboarding and a 6‑month wound care fellowship.
Requirements
Active unrestricted medical license (MD/DO) in the state where you wish to practice.
Minimum commitment of 3 weekdays per week.
Practice Overview
Full‑time work: Monday – Friday, 7 am–4 pm, or part‑time available.
No call or weekend clinical responsibilities.
Deliver modern wound management at the bedside in the post‑acute care setting: skilled nursing facilities and long‑term acute care hospitals.
Conduct weekly wound rounds at each facility.
Part‑time role: minimum 3 days per week; full‑time role: 4–5 days per week.
Mobile practice within a 40–60 mile radius of the practice location.
Visit 2–3 facilities per day, treating approximately 20–30 patients per day.
Document clinical care at point of care in real time using a proprietary wound‑specific EMR.
Paid training provided during onboarding plus a 6‑month wound care fellowship.
W2 employment contract (no work‑visa sponsorship available).
