frog Strategists are the architects of business value, weaving the thread between people’s needs, market dynamics and our client’s business objectives. We apply our creativity to uncover latent customer needs, see competitive white spaces and design new business models that capture them. While Strategists at frog represent a wide range of diverse backgrounds, we’re united in our obsession with delivering strategy that “ships”. We’re loosely organized around three craft communities (think of these as majors and minors): Business Strategy, Experience Strategy and Product Strategy. As a Senior Strategist, Product/Experience Strategy you will:
Design, conduct and synthesize mixed-methods research, combining design research with quantitative methods (surveys, market/trend research) Synthesize research with insights on opportunities, forming quickly POV on market dynamics, competitors, and white spaces Define solutions that answer client’s business objectives and user needs – translate research insights into specific Product or Experience directions in the form of storyboards, blueprints, product requirement documents (PRDs), pitch decks Evaluate the business impact of potential product and experience decisions, considering various business models, pricing structures to guide the direction Facilitate collaboration, co‑creation and alignment around vision, strategy and execution through workshops, and client working sessions YOUR PROFILE
For this role we’re looking for an experienced strategy practitioner. You will likely have 5+ years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate innovation, product management, product marketing, design research or a related field, and potentially even an MBA degree. We recognize the best Strategists come from a variety of backgrounds, so most importantly, you have a knack for great products and experiences, and a proven ability to think commercially, strategically, and creatively — don’t let job titles and degrees hold us back from meeting you!
