Territory Sales Manager - Fitness Industry
Salary:
$75k-$85k base + uncapped commission (OTE $150k+) plus full benefits package
Job Summary Our client, a global leader in fitness and wellness solutions, is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to oversee the greater Washington, D.C. area. This role focuses on driving new business growth and managing key relationships within the hospitality and residential sectors. You’ll represent one of the most respected brands in the industry, promoting premium products that combine design, technology, and performance — and build a rewarding career centered around wellness, innovation, and high-impact sales.
Job Responsibilities
Achieve assigned sales, profitability, and cash flow goals.
Develop and close new business opportunities across hospitality and residential segments.
Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to solution presentation, negotiation, and closing.
Achieve local sales, profitability, and growth targets in line with company objectives.
Deliver consultative, solution-based sales presentations tailored to client needs.
Maintain accurate pipeline management and client activity records in CRM (Salesforce experience preferred).
Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor offerings to identify new opportunities.
Qualifications
3+ years of B2B field sales or territory management experience.
Strong record in managing long sales cycles and closing complex deals.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred).
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or related field.
Passion for wellness, design, and high-end solutions preferred.
