Senior Director, Software Engineering & AI

**Senior Director, Software Engineering & AI** is a visionary and strategic leader that will lead Entegris wide AI strategy and execution while developing a strong Software engineering arm at Entegris. This role will be responsible for driving innovation, operational efficiency, and driving competitive advantage through the strategic application of AI technologies across our businesses and functions with initial focus in R&D and Engineering domains. Preferred location for the role is US (Billerica, MA, Aurora, IL or Chaska, MN). Pune, India will also be considered for the right candidate. This role will report to VP, Strategic platforms, Data & AI.**Key Responsibilities** Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a strong focus on business value and ROI Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex AI concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders Strong leadership presence with a proven ability to influence and drive change across an organization Experience with agentic AI systems or autonomous decision-making platforms. Familiarity with regulatory and ethical considerations in industrial AI applications. Experience working in Agile environment with continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) pipelines10+ years of experience in AI/ML, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.Proficiency in languages like Python and experience with Low-Code and pro-code software developmentStrong knowledge of AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch), Hybrid AI, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP-Preferred), and data engineering.
