Virtual Hospitalist ! Please note: This is NOT a remote position. You'll be based out of our state‑of‑the‑art Command Center in Charlestown, MA.

About the Role You'll provide inpatient‑level care in the comfort of a patient's home, ensuring clinical outcomes that are equal to or better than traditional hospitalization. This innovative model significantly reduces overall healthcare expenses by avoiding inpatient visits, post‑acute care, and readmissions, all while improving the patient experience.

Key Aspects Of This Role

Work collaboratively in a team environment (Physicians, NPs, RNs) from our virtual Command Center.

Utilize state‑of‑the‑art equipment in both the Command Center and patients' homes.

Patients receive comprehensive care including home infusion, meals/nutrient consultations, pharmacy/medical management, mobile imaging, laboratory services, and DME/oxygen.

Enjoy integrated care with primary care providers, specialists, and ancillary departments.

Minimum Qualifications

BC/BE in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics.

Skills, Knowledge & Abilities

Experience as a hospitalist or in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) is a plus.

Committed to providing high‑quality, evidence‑based medicine to a diverse patient population.

Excellent clinical and communication skills.

Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Pay Range $240,000.00 USD - $316,000.00 USD. The pay range listed for this position is the annual base salary range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation may be determined based on education, training, relevant experience, specialty, geography of work location, productivity, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law. In addition to base compensation, this position may be eligible for performance‑based incentive compensation, which may include productivity and quality bonuses.
