What You’ll Do
Serve as a Tier 2.5+ escalation point for advanced issues and projects. Lead implementations, configurations, and migrations across Microsoft 365, Azure, and hybrid environments. Manage server operating systems — installation, configuration, and troubleshooting. Configure and maintain Active Directory, file permissions, event logs, and GPOs. Support and optimize backup/disaster recovery, networking (SonicWall, Cisco), and virtualization (Hyper‑V, VMware, SANs). Automate processes and improve efficiency through PowerShell scripting and RMM tools (ConnectWise Automate). Collaborate with clients and internal teams to design scalable, secure, and compliant solutions. Participate in internal and external (client‑facing) meetings when necessary to ensure alignment and smooth delivery. What You Bring
Must have MSP industry experience (no exceptions). 4+ years of experience in systems, networking, or project engineering roles within an MSP. Hands‑on experience with:
Windows Server/AD administration Cisco & SonicWall network configurations Virtualization technologies: VMware, Hyper‑V, SANs Backup/DR systems and cybersecurity stacks (MDR/EDR)
