We’re looking for an Associate Director, Salesperson to:
Conduct quantitative analysis and provide leverage solution for hedge funds, asset managers, private equity, BDCs and banks on a variety of assets ranging from corporate credit (bonds and loans) through securitized products, CRE loans, RegCap, Private Credit ABLs, TRS, CLOs and Repo.
Functionally manage lifecycle events on live trades.
Coordinate with Global Markets Structured Financing trading team, credit risk and market risk to propose trade terms and move trade through approvals to execution.
Work with onboarding and legal team to onboard new clients and funds, including gathering financials, performance data, credit agreements, and GMRA for repurchase agreements.
Support trading, execution, operational and compliance risk, amongst others.
Understand market trends, pricing and client needs to provide better services for clients and add on balance for the firm. Identify cross‑selling opportunities.

Salary & Work Schedule: $188,178 to $203,000 Per Year, 40 hrs/wk. The expected salary range(s) for this role as of the date of this posting is/are based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level. Education & Experience Requirement
This position requires a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Applied Statistics and Decision Making, Economics, or related field of study plus one (1) year of experience in the job offered or an Investment Operations Analyst, Portfolio Administrator, Operations Analyst, or related occupation.
Position requires experience with the following:
Reconciling cash and position for fixed income and equity funds.
Facilitating settlement by interacting with counterparties, traders, and other third‑party vendors.
Overseeing hedge fund and mutual fund cash movement; analyzing financial and economic trends; reviewing credit lines to ensure no breaches.
Gathering financial and economic information; private markets research; financial modeling; cash margining.
Analyzing market trends; financial statement analysis; quantitative analysis.
Requires FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 Licenses (must be obtained within 90 days after hiring).
