Your Role Do you have experience in a Sales or Capital introductions role? Do you have exceptional communication and organizational skills, with the ability to interact confidently with senior hedge fund managers and institutional investors? Are you interested in working in a fast-paced environment? Do you have a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset and a client-first attitude? We’re looking for a Cap Intro Specialist to:
Operate in a fast-paced, client-centric environment involving frequent client/investor meetings/calls in which analysts assist in preparation, participation, and follow up
Heavy in-person, phone, and e- mail interaction with hedge fund clients, allocators and internal contacts
Prepare overview materials on individual hedge fund and investor firms
Analyze data on the hedge fund industry and summarize key trends and themes by creating content that is distributed to a global client base
Assist in planning, organization and execution of a range of client conferences and events
Assist in investor targeting reports and market trend analysis
Update internal CRM for client and allocator data
Salary $145,000 to $172,500 (New York). The role may also be eligible for discretionary incentive compensation.

Your Team You’ll be working in the Capital Introductions team in New York. The UBS Capital Introductions (“Cap Intro”) team sits within the Prime Brokerage division of UBS Investment Bank and serves as a strategic partner to hedge fund clients and institutional investors around the world. As part of UBS’s broader Prime Services platform, the Cap Intro team works closely with colleagues in Prime Brokerage, Financing, Equity Sales, and Global Markets to deliver a holistic client experience.
Your Expertise
Bachelor’s Degree
Ideally 1–5 years of industry experience (e.g., capital introduction, marketing/investor relations, allocator role)
Self-starter with excellent attention to detail and exemplary problem-solving abilities
Exceptional interpersonal skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize competing responsibilities, manage deadlines, and stay organized, while conducting oneself with a strong sense of personal accountability
Team player who collaborates
